Explanations about food chains

A food chain is a cycle that repeats over again.First it starts from the sun.The sun is a source of all energy.Next theres a producer.A producer is like grass or something.Then theres a primary consumer,a secondary consumer and a tertiary consumer.you can also say carnivores herbivores omnivores and scavengers. So you have to name an animal that eats grass.So if i said that a cow eats grass.You have to name another animal that eats the cow.So a wolf eats a cow then you have to name a animal that eats a wolf the carry on and on.

Creating a hovercraft

Today in room 1 we made a hovercraft .There were groups of threes and groups of fours.Me,Charli,Olivia and Te oki were in a group.We had a plate with a cutted circle in the middle,2 Popsicle sticks a fan ,two wires connected to a battery and some masking tape.So first we taped the two Popsicle sticks at the back then tape the fan and the batteries to the plate and then it will start movin around.

Dumplings Explanation

You need:Little circle shaped pastry,Meat,And water.

So first you need to get your ingredients ready.So you need to get a bowl of meat and small circled pastry.You also might need a cup of water.Secondly you put some meat in your pastry and stick both sides together.If it doesn't stick together wipe some water around it and it will stick more better.You can make as many as you want.Also at the start of everything you have to wash your hands.Then you fill a pot up with water and let the water boil for 20 minutes.When the waters boiled put the dumplings in for like 15 minutes.After that you get the dumplings out and they will be nicely cooked.

Making pizza

Today in room 1 We made pizza.our group had  to bring an ingredient each.In

My group it was me Adam,Jasmine,Charlotte and Cyris.I brougt some Cheese.Adam brought some 

Salami.Jasmine brought some bacon.Charlotte brought some pineapple and Cyris brought some ham.

Mrs Todd brought all the other ingredients.We took turns at mixing and stuff.At the end it tasted like

scones and some people didn't like it.Amon didn't like it because he hates scones.

measuring the solar system

Today we were measuring the solar system with toilet paper.
